ORDER HANDLING

Once you have placed an order, we are going to send you a confirmation that we have received your order and we are getting it ready to be shipped. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder.

We need 2 to 5 business days to prepare your order and ship it. Please note that sometimes during peak periods this may take a little longer and we will let you know if we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 working days.

If you do not receive an email from us within 5 working days that your order has been sent and transferred to a courier, please contact us at store@zinc.bg.
